All materials used in our product have been fully qualified through a detailed evaluation methodology. Beginning with over 18 pre-qualification evaluation steps for new materials, we ensure the thermal and electrical characteristics meet rigorous IPC specifications.  After pre-qualification testing, successful candidate materials receive careful process capability optimization for mass-production release specific to each of our factories. All our testing results are documented and available for review during the design and NPI development phases.

The ITC Lab will jointly evaluate new materials releases with suppliers to maintain an industry-leading roadmap for advanced laminates and PCB consumables. Since each product is unique, we recommend a specification review with our Global Field Application Engineering members to define any technical details about your design and the NPI to mass production timeline.
